Sinoplast Plastic Cup Making Machine

The Sinoplast plastic cup making machine is a specialized equipment for producing disposable plastic products such as cups, bowls, plates, etc.​

It can use materials such as PP, PS, PET for production.​

Model & Drive Configuration​

The Sinoplast plastic cup machine is mainly divided into two models:​

• Three-servo motor drive: Servos are located on the stretching, feeding, and lower mold tables respectively.​

• Single-servo motor drive: Servo is located on the lower mold stage. Stretching is driven by a cylinder, while feeding is driven by a regular motor.​

Molding Layouts​

Each model offers three different molding layouts:​

• 760 * 320mm​

• 760 * 450mm​

• 760 * 540mm​

For customers seeking high output, the 760 * 540mm layout is ideal. Its larger size allows more cavities, boosting production capacity.​

Note: Operating speed depends on product depth and sheet thickness. Deeper products require longer molding time; excessive speed may cause incomplete molding.​
